What you'll do

• Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, check cashing, and transfers
• assist members with online accounts, mobile banking, ITM and ATM transactions
• identify member needs and recommend products and services
• resolve routine concerns
• use fraud-detection resources to identify suspicious activity
• support branch opening and closing procedures and workflow.
