What you'll do

• Lead day-to-day HR operations

• partner with department leaders on staffing and workforce planning
• support employee relations, coaching, performance management, corrective action, and retention
• maintain personnel files and HR documentation
• assist with benefits and leave administration
• ensure employment-law and healthcare-requirement compliance
• coordinate engagement and recognition initiatives
• track workforce metrics
• support leadership with investigations and employee matters.
