What you'll do

• Perform and enforce repair quality-control checks
• identify workmanship-related comebacks and investigate repair failures. Provide real-time technical support and coach technicians on correct procedures. Perform maintenance, diagnose and repair vehicle systems, document repair orders, and test-drive vehicles and components using diagnostic tools and service equipment.
