Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) — Bilingual

The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) role is onsite in Atlanta, GA, with part-time evening hours. Pay is $28–$30 per hour. Magical Moments ABA’s stated mission is to deliver compassionate, family-centered applied behavior analysis therapy. The RBT provides direct care in one-on-one and group settings according to BCBA-created treatment plans, records client behavior and progress, and collaborates with supervising clinicians, caregivers, and other providers. The role helps implement and adjust therapy plans while maintaining a safe, supportive environment and following ethical, privacy, and compliance requirements.

What you'll do

• Provide direct client care in one-on-one and group settings following BCBA treatment protocols
• collect and record behavior and progress data in Central Reach
• maintain a safe, empathetic environment
• communicate and collaborate with therapists, BCBAs, caregivers, and other professionals
• complete required training
• record appointments and follow billing and payroll policies
• follow RBT ethics, HIPAA, and confidentiality requirements
• communicate progress and intervention findings
• collaborate with BCBAs on therapy-plan adjustments.

Why this role
