What you'll do

• Manage end-to-end credentialing and re-credentialing, including CAQH and primary source verification
• oversee multi-state provider license applications and renewals
• manage Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer enrollment
• maintain audit-ready provider files and track expirables
• build repeatable credentialing systems
• partner with Clinical Operations and Compliance.
