Maintenance Technician — Manufacturing, First Shift

What you'll do

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain production and building equipment and utilities, including lighting, HVAC, compressed air, water, and electrical systems
• manage preventive and predictive maintenance and mechanical-integrity programs
• maintain facilities and equipment safely
• update maintenance systems and work orders
• participate in root-cause analysis and prioritize repairs
• coordinate repair progress with manufacturing
• lead equipment purchasing, removal, installation, and startup projects
• guide mechanical craftsmen
• schedule contractors
• monitor expenses
• and perform limited general labor as needed. Occasional overtime, call-ins, or work outside normal hours may be required.
