What you'll do

• Work with department managers to maintain inventory levels
• develop and maintain supplier and vendor relationships
• implement purchasing policies and procedures
• negotiate contracts
• follow up on open orders and complete data-entry transactions
• coordinate with accounts payable on invoice variances
• prepare transaction approval requests for the Nebraska Racing and Gaming Commission as required
• manage purchasing department processes and vendor relationships
• manage expenses against budget and business volumes, including payroll and staffing
• perform personnel functions as needed
• support internal procedures and regulatory requirements
• promote guest service, cooperation, and safety.
