What you'll do

• Develop, coordinate, and deliver advanced EMS education
• design hands-on clinical scenarios
• coordinate training schedules across agencies and shifts
• incorporate quality-improvement findings and protocol updates into training
• develop instructional materials and LMS content
• maintain training and competency records
• ensure training equipment and supplies are ready
• participate in patient-care documentation reviews
• provide provider feedback
• support system-wide improvements and program reporting.
