What you'll do

• Support scheduling agents and patients
• provide timely answers to questions and calls
• encourage and coach agents
• monitor phone queues and help distribute workloads
• assist with department goals, research, special assignments, and scheduling discrepancies
• schedule appointments
• update patient demographic information
• process referrals and documents
• resolve incoming calls and requests.
