What you'll do

• Manage day-to-day activities of seasonal team members across approximately 20 or more stores or kiosks
• partner with the District Manager on district operations
• lead recruiting and interviewing and support tax education and team transitions
• monitor employee performance and partner with Human Resources on training and employee relations
• ensure locations meet setup, technology, supply, and facility standards
• build client retention and brand awareness
• resolve client complaints and escalated issues
• monitor financial and productivity reports and district goals.
