  • Lead interior architecture tenant improvement projects from concept through construction administration
  • manage concurrent projects and deadlines
  • serve as primary client contact
  • develop and maintain schedules
  • coordinate due diligence, code and life-safety review, landlord coordination, and permitting
  • review construction documents
  • coordinate with vendors, consultants, and authorities
  • collaborate with architecture and design-build teams
  • mentor Job Captains and project team members
  • oversee scope and budget
  • uphold quality control procedures.
