• Lead, coach, and develop Patient Services Managers and teams
• oversee patient access, referrals, scheduling, front-desk operations, and patient communication
• monitor performance metrics
• build scalable systems
• improve workflows, training, policies, and operational consistency
• partner with clinical, executive, human resources, finance, quality control, and marketing leadership
• support staffing strategy and future location or program launches
• address barriers to patient access.
