The role helps maintain clean kitchen operations, accurate food records, and appropriate handling of patient information.

What you'll do

• Prepare and serve food
• learn patient diet requirements and assist with preparation based on physician orders
• set up and serve patient trays according to schedule and procedures
• clean kitchen areas, cooking utensils, dishes, and equipment
• prepare coffee
• load, transport, and clean food carts
• maintain department records and temperature records for refrigerators, freezers, and food received from Good Sam
• maintain confidentiality
• participate in quality improvement projects as directed.

Why this role
