Frontline Wildfire Defense develops integrated systems intended to protect homes from wildfire ignition. The role oversees end-to-end installation of wildfire defense systems, coordinating teams, customers, vendors, and local officials to deliver installations on time, within scope, and on budget. It also supports process improvement and ongoing operations for existing customers.

What you'll do

• Lead system installations and manage scope, schedule, and budget
• develop supply chain, inventory, job-costing, and installation processes
• oversee procurement and material tracking
• coordinate with inspectors, building officials, and fire departments
• serve as a point of contact for homeowners and project partners
• recruit, train, and manage installation teams
• support site audits, engineering, permitting, maintenance, and process improvement.
