The Registered Nurse (RN) — Memory Care role is onsite in Wheeling, IL, and pays $38–$40 per hour. Harbor House of Wheeling’s mission is to honor dignity and foster comfort for residents living with Alzheimer’s and other dementia-related conditions. The RN provides and evaluates nursing care for assigned residents while supervising certified nursing assistant services. Clinical care, medication administration, documentation, and safety oversight help maintain residents’ care plans and support a secure, home-like memory-care community.

What you'll do

• Provide licensed care as ordered and within applicable standards
• supervise CNA services on the assigned unit
• take and record vital signs
• provide catheter, IV, and respiratory care within license limitations
• transcribe physician orders
• administer medications and treatments
• document nursing care and resident responses
• oversee safety and report shift activities
• admit, transfer, or discharge residents as needed.
