What you'll do

• Provide customer service throughout the loan or pawn process and make recommendations based on customer needs
• accept payments and manage appointments
• pursue referrals and participate in or host store and community events
• build customer relationships
• conduct vehicle appraisals
• maintain customer information in the point-of-sale system
• follow policies and laws
• maintain security and complete opening and closing procedures, including vault, cash drawer, and deposits. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle
• schedule includes limited Saturday hours and at least 40 hours per week.
