What you'll do

• Handle general office and facility needs
• respond to staff requests
• process deliveries and vendor services
• oversee common-area organization and cleanliness
• coordinate with building engineering, property management, vendors, and janitorial teams
• process maintenance requests
• set up and tear down meeting rooms
• support mailroom and front-desk functions
• order supplies
• maintain office equipment
• assist with special projects.
