What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and support residential field technicians and contractors
• conduct ride-alongs, job-site audits, and performance evaluations
• support onboarding and training
• oversee daily residential installation, service, and trouble-ticket activity
• monitor productivity, dispatch efficiency, and service levels
• assist with escalated technical issues and complex customer situations
• coordinate with construction, engineering, and network teams
• enforce safety policies, OSHA standards, and installation guidelines
• perform quality inspections and follow up on deficiencies
• address customer escalations
• track operational metrics and maintain work-order, performance, training, and incident documentation
• support workforce planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
