What you'll do

• Develop, implement, evaluate, and revise individualized treatment plans
• communicate with multidisciplinary team members
• collect and document health information and diagnostic results
• provide direct and indirect nursing care in routine and emergency situations
• administer ordered medications and treatments and document outcomes
• monitor medication compliance and controlled substances
• provide patient education
• delegate care as appropriate
• participate in quality improvement
• coordinate with security staff
• follow facility policies, laws, HIPAA, and institutional safety and security rules.
