What you'll do

• Lead strategy, financial performance, cost, schedule, technical performance, customer satisfaction, risk management, and cross-functional execution
• direct HMMWV and HV2.0 programs
• maintain product strategy and roadmap
• lead design, development, integration, testing, qualification, production readiness, and launch
• coordinate production and delivery with operations, supply chain, quality, and sustainment
• establish program baselines and budgets
• manage financial forecasts and variances
• lead international program coordination
• prepare program reviews and executive briefings
• mentor program personnel and integrated product team leaders.
