What you'll do

• Lead and mentor non-provider staff
• manage daily operations, patient flow, scheduling, and resource use
• monitor KPIs, compliance, recruiting, onboarding, payroll, and performance management
• communicate performance data and improvement plans to regional leadership
• oversee budget and P&L tracking
• provide floor support as needed.
