What you'll do

• Manage security officer scheduling to meet client contract hours and minimize unbilled overtime
• hire, coach, and manage officers and supervisors
• oversee payroll, performance, and employee relations
• serve as the primary client contact
• coordinate responses to escalated issues
• oversee training, safety, site standards, and inventory.
