Maintenance Technician

Job overview

The Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Worcester, MA, with pay of $22–$28 per hour. The technician supports LEGEND PROPERTY MANAGEMENT by maintaining building facilities and equipment so they operate efficiently. The role exists to address tenant work orders, inspect and repair building components, and carry out preventive maintenance. These activities help maintain safe, functional properties and reduce equipment issues.

What you'll do

• Complete tenant work orders such as clogged drains, toilet repairs, blind and smoke detector replacement, light fixture and faucet replacement, painting, and light electrical and plumbing work
• inspect windows, doors, and walls for damage and repair as needed
• record completed repairs and service dates
• develop and execute preventive maintenance measures
• handle additional maintenance tasks as needed.
