What you'll do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related equipment
• inspect systems and identify repair or replacement needs
• explain findings, recommendations, and costs
• prepare estimates, invoices, and service documentation in ServiceTitan
• complete approximately 3–4 calls daily and participate in ongoing training.
