Security Coordinator, Midnight Shift

The Security Coordinator, Midnight Shift role is onsite at Global Crossing Airlines’ Miami base. Compensation is not specified. The stated schedule is 10:00 PM–6:00 AM, five days per week, with two days off; schedules may include weekends and holidays and may change with operational needs. The role supports airline security operations and regulatory compliance. The coordinator helps ensure security procedures work effectively and that flight operations meet company, TSA, U.S. Customs and Border Protection, and other applicable requirements. The work includes flight and passenger data processing, screening coordination, issue resolution, and communication with internal teams and authorities to help protect airline operations.

What you'll do

• Assist with day-to-day airline security operations
• track security performance, delays, and cancellations
• initiate special security measures during increased threats
• support compliance with TSA and CBP requirements
• create and crew flights in Airline Choice
• transmit SFPD and APIS data
• monitor Secure Flight results and resolve discrepancies
• import passenger and crew manifests
• coordinate with GSCs before departures
• pre-vet charter manifests within stated timelines
• maintain departmental communications and liaison with other departments
• support the Security Department as directed.
