This role develops and executes digital go-to-market campaigns to drive customer acquisition, reduce churn, improve engagement, and grow average revenue per user. It coordinates cross-functional delivery, analyzes campaign performance, and establishes marketing practices while mentoring team members.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute integrated digital campaigns across paid search, paid social, display, email, affiliate, and other channels
• shape messaging for DIRECTV FOR BUSINESS
• coordinate with creative, media, sales, product, programming, and agency teams
• manage project timelines and risks
• analyze campaign performance and optimize using testing and analytics
• establish best practices and mentor team members.
