What you'll do

  • Provide direct behavioral and instructional support in classroom and therapeutic settings
  • implement Behavior Intervention Plans and individualized strategies with consulting BCBAs
  • support students during instruction, transitions, and routines
  • reinforce goals one-to-one and in small groups
  • use de-escalation strategies
  • collect and document data
  • collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school staff.
