What you'll do

• Help oversee litigation cases from beginning to end
• research and analyze transportation laws, regulations, and legal standards
• draft pleadings, motions, briefs, memoranda, and other legal documents
• attend court hearings, depositions, and mediations
• negotiate settlements and agreements
• collaborate across departments and offices
• draft case analysis reports for client stakeholders and develop proactive resolution strategies.
