What you'll do

• Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot tools
• certify and train maintenance and chemical technicians and equipment owners
• establish maintenance procedures and specifications
• work with process engineering to reduce rework and scrap
• investigate equipment excursions and recommend solutions
• provide 8D reports and summaries
• recommend equipment safety improvements
• maintain parts inventory and research alternate sources
• coordinate with vendors and escalate line-down issues.
