What you'll do

• Plan, organize, implement, and evaluate nursing functions
• supervise nursing personnel and ensure facility policy compliance
• participate in surveys and inspections
• develop resident care plans
• evaluate LPNs and CNAs
• support hiring and disciplinary processes
• communicate with physicians, families, and administration
• maintain staffing levels
• conduct rounds
• oversee medication passes and treatments
• provide direct care as needed
• complete audits and assist with MDS documentation
• maintain charting, emergency preparedness, narcotic handling, supplies, and room readiness.
