The role advances operational performance, financial results, regulatory compliance, and resident experience while guiding community and corporate leaders.

What you'll do

• Provide executive oversight across senior living communities
• drive occupancy, NOI, labor efficiency, and resident satisfaction
• lead operational turnarounds
• manage portfolio P&L and financial plans
• supervise and develop regional and executive directors
• ensure regulatory compliance and survey readiness
• collaborate on resident care, sales, occupancy, and systems improvement.
