What you'll do

• Partner with cross-functional teams to execute policies and procedures
• maintain operational tools, metrics, processes, and documentation
• support project and budget management and business reporting
• manage inventory moves, transfers, counts, audits, and reconciliations
• support loss-prevention standards and training
• maintain retail operations training materials
• complete inventory reporting and track operational metrics
• partner with store and corporate field leaders on business goals.
