What you'll do

• Assist residents with personal care and activities of daily living as assigned and requested under service plans
• perform assigned housekeeping and laundry
• participate in shift reports
• escort residents to life-enrichment programs
• support personal choices, independence, and spiritual needs
• provide encouragement
• communicate changes in resident needs to Health and Wellness leadership and other departments
• respond promptly to resident pendant or wearable calls
• maintain infection-control practices
• report accidents and incidents
• protect resident confidentiality and property rights
• prepare for emergencies.
