The Primary Therapist, PHP + Residential role is an onsite position in Seattle, WA. Compensation is $81,000–$130,000 per year. ERC Pathlight provides evidence-based care for eating disorders and mood, anxiety, and trauma-related conditions. The therapist conducts individual, group, and family therapy, develops individualized treatment plans, and coordinates their implementation with an interdisciplinary team to support patients’ treatment and recovery.

What you'll do

• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy for adults, children, and adolescents
• complete clinical documentation, including treatment plans, progress notes, wellness and aftercare plans, and discharge summaries
• conduct biopsychosocial, self-harm, and suicide assessments
• develop individualized goals and support or behavior plans as needed
• coordinate care through treatment team meetings and rounds
• may train and guide less experienced teammates.
