What you'll do

• Prepare and review federal, state, and local corporate income tax returns and workpapers
• review tax calculations and supporting documentation
• manage engagement timelines, deliverables, deadlines, and quality
• research complex corporate tax matters
• identify planning opportunities
• advise clients on compliance and planning
• review Associates’ and Seniors’ work and provide coaching
• support junior staff training
• communicate engagement status and issues
• monitor tax law and regulatory changes.
