Store Supervisor

The Store Supervisor is an onsite role based in Cranberry, PA. Compensation is not specified beyond a shift differential of $1.50/hr for hours worked between 10pm and 6am, supporting the high-energy operations of Sheetz, Inc. stores. This role exists to lead by example, ensuring that store team members provide exceptional hospitality and quality service. The supervisor manages daily operations, including merchandising and team coaching, to ensure customer satisfaction and store performance.

What you'll do

• Welcome customers to our stores with greetings and top-tier customer service.
• Make magic happen by serving up quality food and beverages made to exact customer specifications in a safe, fast and friendly manner.
• Mentor and coach your work fam to prioritize tasks and rock it as a Team Member.
• Keep an eye on the goodz in-store to make sure that products are ordered, merchandised, rotated and readily-available for our customers.
• Keep thingz clean in the store, kitchen, and dining areas.
