What you'll do

• Own full-funnel growth for the commercial platform
• set the campaign roadmap and program budget
• manage paid media channel mix, targeting, and efficiency
• lead lifecycle marketing and marketing operations, including automation, attribution, and funnel reporting
• improve conversion, organic search, and AI answer visibility
• partner with product and engineering on the self-serve motion
• build and manage a growth team
• manage agency and vendor relationships
• evaluate and adopt AI-native marketing tools
• develop AI-assisted analysis and agentic workflows
• establish review standards for AI-assisted work.
