What you'll do

• Drive daily site operations to keep phases on schedule and within 5% of budget
• direct subcontractors and crews toward defect-free work and first-time inspections
• conduct walkthroughs and close punch-list items
• enforce safety protocols
• coordinate material deliveries and inspections
• document progress with photos and reports
• use Procore and Bluebeam on active sites.
