Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Telemedicine Nights and Weekends

This position provides an opportunity to operate with an independent nature and with a keen focus on quality care. The Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) will provide care through telemedicine as part of Agile’s integrated care model.
