What you'll do

• Maintain a safe, clean, guest-friendly work area
• prepare weekly and monthly reports
• enforce department policies
• investigate shuttle incidents
• create employee schedules
• arrange defensive-driving and safety training
• resolve guest concerns
• support hiring, training, and evaluations
• manage preventative vehicle maintenance
• support budget preparation
• coordinate staffing for events
• oversee shuttle and Fun Bus programs
• maintain fleet databases and cost records
• manage minor shuttle repairs
• coordinate executive vehicle requests and support the Medford property as needed.
