Health Outcomes Consultant, Health Equity

Job overview

The Health Outcomes Consultant, Health Equity role is hybrid remote in Washington State, with three days per week in the office at the hospital main campus in Seattle, WA. Compensation is $100,110–$150,166 per year. The position supports Seattle Children's work to prioritize health equity in the experience of giving and receiving care. The consultant works with leaders, staff, and providers to identify barriers to equitable care and develop interventions and educational solutions. Research, data, evaluation, cultural humility, and community partnerships help increase awareness of health disparities and inform practical improvements in care.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with leaders to design interventions and develop educational solutions that meet staff and provider needs
• provide consultation to hospital staff and providers exploring barriers to equitable care
• contribute to work focused on health disparities, inequities, diversity, cultural humility, and inclusion.
