What you'll do

• Report customer satisfaction and delivery performance
• review order status and scheduling
• publish account performance reports
• review open orders and address concerns
• analyze processes and prepare reports
• generate complex quotes for intercompany and external customers
• liaise with Quality on RMAs and AQRs
• report on customer backlogs
• de-escalate customer issues
• manage assigned special projects.
