Lead Groomer

The Lead Groomer role is onsite in Coral Springs, FL. Compensation is $17–$24 per hour, plus tips. The position supports Scenthound’s grooming and bathing team. The lead groomer performs grooming to Scenthound standards while guiding and mentoring team members. The role helps maintain safe, sanitary, and timely service and develops new groomers through coaching and training.

What you'll do

• Groom dogs to Scenthound standards, including puppy cuts
• provide leadership and mentorship to grooming and bathing teams
• teach standards and coach new groomers
• identify where assistance is needed to keep the center on schedule
• ensure dog and team-member safety
• follow sanitation and cleaning practices
• perform other duties assigned by the Scenter Manager.
