What you'll do

• Monitor live casino table games
• correct dealers directly when rules or procedures are broken
• calculate payouts and verify wagers using mental math
• learn rules and procedures for certified games
• manage chips
• reconcile table banks and chip inventory
• maintain accuracy under pressure
• earn game certifications through paid training
• maintain a state gaming license.
