What you'll do

• Design and maintain Jira dashboards and reports
• update epics, features, hierarchies, dates, risks, and mitigation strategies
• facilitate requirements sessions and document decisions in Confluence
• document Jira configurations and SDLC materials
• validate data in business intelligence tools
• support Agile ceremonies
• provide Jira and Confluence user support and training.

Why this role
