Affordable Housing Property Manager

What you'll do

• Manage leasing, applications, waiting lists, move-ins, renewals, recertifications, transfers, and move-outs
• maintain occupancy
• ensure LIHTC, USDA Rural Development, Fair Housing, Virginia Housing, and other applicable compliance
• manage rent collection, delinquency, budgets, expenses, and reporting
• supervise onsite personnel
• coordinate maintenance, inspections, vendors, and unit turnovers
• maintain resident and compliance files
• prepare for regulatory inspections and audits.
