What you'll do

• Supervise daily paving operations, including labor, equipment, and materials
• coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and inspectors
• plan and schedule paving activities
• monitor quality and compliance with specifications, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines
• conduct site inspections and toolbox talks
• interpret drawings, specifications, and job orders
• track production and report progress or delays
• coordinate equipment maintenance
• train and mentor crew members
• maintain records of work, materials, and labor hours.
