Service Technician

Job overview

The Service Technician works onsite at Park Place at Fountain Hills in Fountain Hills, AZ. What you'll do

• Complete make-ready units
• troubleshoot and repair minor HVAC, appliance, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and drywall issues
• perform preventive maintenance on vacant units
• provide daily pool care and check chemical balance and safety
• complete minor roof repairs, re-key locks, and cut keys
• inspect for safety hazards and report them
• share on-call duty with the service team
• assist with parts and cleaning-supply inventory.
