The Disability Services Direct Care / Skills Coach role is onsite in Casper, WY. The pay range is $15.25–$16 per hour. The coach provides direct assistance with daily living and mobility, implements individualized service plans, and coordinates with care teams, families, healthcare providers, and community organizations. The role documents progress and supports clients' rights, independence, and access to community resources.

What you'll do

• Provide direct support to individuals with physical, intellectual, or developmental disabilities
• implement individualized service plans
• advocate for client rights and community access
• assist with daily living, personal care, and mobility
• maintain documentation and compliance records
• coordinate with providers, families, and community organizations
• monitor progress and adjust support strategies.
