What you'll do

• Greet walk-in, phone, internet, and referral customers
• identify customer needs, budget, trade-in goals, financing preferences, and timing
• present pre-owned vehicle options and explain features and dealership advantages
• conduct test drives
• maintain customer notes and follow-up tasks in the CRM
• follow up with leads and customers
• coordinate with sales managers, finance managers, and inventory leadership
• stay current on inventory, pricing, vehicle history, and product knowledge
• work toward sales, appointment, follow-up, and customer satisfaction goals.

Why this role

Prior automotive sales, retail sales, hospitality, customer service, or commission-based sales experience is preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, not required. Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required.
